Originally from Michigan, I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from the  University of Arizona in 1974, and earned a graduate degree in Counseling/Psychology from Prescott College in 2001. In 2005 I became a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.

After attaining the position of Reiki Master in 1999, I provided Reiki for family, friends, and co-workers. That evolved into a weekend practice outside of my full time behavioral health employment.  Since 2014 I have been a Professional Member of the International Center for Reiki  Training, through which I am a Usui/Holy Fire Ryoho Reiki Master.

Prior to Counseling and Reiki, I learned silversmithing while living in Tucson in the ’70’s and in 1991 began marketing my Spirit Winds Jewelry line.  I use only natural stones and fossils and am knowledgeable about their metaphysical qualities.

My health and wellness practice is an eclectic holistic integrated blend. Counseling and Reiki services may incorporate essential oils and gemstone therapy based on your choice. Whether addressing behavioral health issues or seeking to improve your personal wellbeing-  the skills, expertise, and energies for you to experience healing are provided.
